Roof Replacement/ Re Roof
Roof Replacement or Re-Roof consists of Jenkins Roofing removing all debris from your roof, ensuring a good clean up, and take all debris to the recycler in our dump trailer.
Once all the shingles are removed we will do a thorough roof deck inspection before we lay down any underlayment. We make sure all the plywood is in good condition, if we find any rot we remove and replace with new plywood.
It’s very important to have a solid roof deck before installing underlayment and shingles.
We install leak barrier membrane (ice and water shield) around the perimeter of your roof. Leak barrier membrane also gets installed under valley flashings, around chimneys and any areas that require leak barrier membrane.
All new accessories are installed with your new roofing system, vents, flashings, exhaust vents, and drip edge flashing.

Chimney Removal
Jenkins Roofing has removed lots of problematic chimneys, from large to small. We have the necessary experience and machinery to remove damaged chimneys properly.
We will remove the chimney from the roof, frame in a new solid structure, and replace with new roofing materials. The chimney will disappear! We clean up all debris and take it to the recycler.
