Roof Replacement or Re-Roof consists of Jenkins Roofing removing all the existing roofing materials, taking debris to the recycler, and installing all new roofing materials on your entire roof.

Once the shingles are removed from your roof we inspect the plywood/board and repair all areas that have rot or are damaged. We install underlayment on your entire roof deck. Ice and water shield is installed at the eaves, under valleys, along step walls, around chimneys and any other areas required. The remainder of your roof will be covered with a synthetic or a polypropylene underlayment, more information here about underlayment.

All roofing debris is cleaned and taken to the recycler. We use a dump trailer so we are able to move the trailer when ever it’s needed.
